How to Restore Lost Files on Flashdisk Due to Virus with Command Prompt (CMD)

When the flash is exposed to the virus thing that most often happens is the data in the flash is lost. It becomes very annoying if missing data is very important.

1. Run the Command Prompt program, do it via search form then type CMD and right click run Command Prompt as administrator.


2. After the Command Prompt as run, see the name of your flash disk directory. Usually F or G.


Type F: or G: then hit enter in Command Prompt. Currently in the command prompt window will appear F:> or G:>


3. Next type the command code below:

attrib -s -h *.* /s /d

Enter the same number of spasi to avoid failure, then hit enter.



4. Once the file appears, copy the file to a safe place and format your flash or harddisk to remove the virus.

If you have done the above, guaranteed 100% of your files are lost due to the virus must appear. Well when these important files have appeared, immediately copy the important files to another place that you make sure is safe (there is no virus in it). Do not forget all the formatting flash, memory, or hard disk that is exposed to the virus to clean the virus.
